My developing program will be waiving this requirement for the next OTCAS cycle.  If applicants have accumulated hours, they will be asked to submit their observation log with the rest of their materials - but they will not be required.

Hello,

I am a new PD and  have been contacted by a potential student inquiring about the observation hours requirement for our OTA program.  She would preferably want to accomplish them this summer in preparation for applying to the program this Fall.

How are you all dealing with this at this time when so many sites are not even allowing our fieldwork students access (non-essentials) let alone wannabe OTAs?  Any suggestions or official guidelines most appreciated.
