Good morning and best wishes on your fall launches! I am wondering if anyone can provide thoughts on the use of this tool for a more holistic admissions process? Just completed the webinar today through AOTA and am interested but would love to hear from anyone who uses it? Is considering it? OR has created a similar (in-house) assessment of personal/professional attributes? I trust in the thought and evidence behind it, however
it does add an additional fee for the applicants, in an already costly landscape of OTCAS and in general, higher ed, but wondering about ROI in terms of highlighting a  more diverse population of individuals?
