I'd be happy to talk to you about our experience with CASPer. We have been using it for two cycles.

Subject: [OT-PD List - AOTA] - emotional readiness for graduate school
Hi all,
Our OT Admissions Committee is looking into using CASPer as a way to assess emotional intelligence. We already require interviews and recommendation letters, but are wanting another way to help determine one’s emotional readiness for graduate school. I’d love to hear how other programs are assessing soft skills prior to admission. Thank you.
All the best,
Lynne
