I agree EXXAT has been great for us for fieldwork productivity, student on-boarding, and curriculum mapping.  There was a bit of a learning curve, but it is much better than our previous software and their support staff and leaders are very helpful.

I would also love an easier way to search the list serve.  I sometimes remember we had a discussion on a topic but cannot find the thread.
