Thank you everyone!  I was wondering if anyone knew of research/data to support having observation hours as part of the admissions process.  I plan on including this in the program requirements, but wanted to have some data to support this.  😊

We require 40 hours of observation with an OT and the hours need to be signed off by the OT. We believe that the observations help students more clearly understand the scope of the profession before starting their studies and helps retain students.
