We have evalue as well. The start up work is extensive so make sure you build release time and redundancies for checks and balances.

Our institution is currently exploring transitioning to a university wide fieldwork/clinical management system that can track contracts for our legal department.  Ideally we hope to utilize one that works for multiple disciplines across our university.  Previously in our program we used OT Fieldwork Manager but had a disappointing transition to the new version. Does anyone have recommendations for a program their institution utilizes and has worked well for multiple programs/disciplines?

We just selected STEPS by Exxat at the University of New Hampshire.  We looked at 8-9 different options and came down to two for our short list.  Exxat had great reviews from academic FW coordinators who I called while in the role of interim FW coordinator last year.

We found the Exxat team to be very responsive and the program has been easy to learn so far.  It seems intuitive and streamlined.

We decided not to use a specific software system to track the review of student placement agreements as our FWC found that the systems require too much work/time to input data for tracking the review process. Instead, the clinical coordinators of each department keep an email trail for the review of each agreement.  After each agreement is executed, it is sent to our FWC as she serves as the Chair of the Field Coordinators Group in our college.

We  have a college centered  central storage system in an e-folder that houses all executed affiliation agreements for the college. This way all departments can view other departments affiliation agreements.

The agreements are organized by state folders. The state of Michigan folder is obviously the largest and is broken down by CHHS agreements vs. facility agreements. CHHS agreements cover all disciplines in the college.  Facility specific agreements generally only cover 1 - 2 disciplines/programs.

In other words, we use an already existing central storage system to share affiliation agreement information, instead of purchasing and using an outside vendor/program.

Our institution is currently exploring transitioning to a university wide fieldwork/clinical management system that can track contracts for our legal department.  Ideally we hope to utilize one that works for multiple disciplines across our university.  Previously in our program we used OT Fieldwork Manager but had a disappointing transition to the new version. Does anyone have recommendations for a program their institution utilizes and has worked well for multiple programs/disciplines?
